Rosquillos are ring-shaped biscuits that are a popular pasalubong from Cebu.

The name was reputedly coined by President Sergio Osmeña, a native of Cebu, though credit for the cookies’ popularity definitely has to go to Titay’s, which has been making them since 1907.
