TOSILOG

A  Filipino dish that's a combination of fried tosino (cured meat), sinangag (fried rice) and itlog (egg, fried) served on one plate. It is a variation on the favorite Filipino breakfast tapsilog.

This Tagalog slang word is also spelled tocilog.
