LONGSILOG
A Filipino dish that's a combination of fried longganisa (local sausage), sinangag (fried rice) and itlog (egg) served on one plate. It is a variation on the favorite Filipino breakfast tapsilog.
This Tagalog slang word is also spelled longgsilog.
