Kikyam with Sauce

How to Make Kikiam:

Mix ground pork and vegetables (onions, carrots, garlic).

Wrap mixture in tawpe (bean-curd sheets) and then deep-fry until golden.

Kikyam with Red Sauce

Serve with a sweet-and-sour or other type of sauce.
