What is DINENGDENG?
Dinengdeng is a vegetable stew from the Ilocos and Pangasinan region of the Philippines.
The main seasoning in this dish is bagoong (a paste of fermented fish or shrimp) along with rice washings. Leftover fish or unshelled shrimps may be added.
