geminipinai I haven't heard good things about the ones in Manhattan. Ihawan in Queens is worth the half hour subway ride :)
noinyc Grill 21 in the East Village is good. Also, Elvie's Turo-Turo. Really though - the best Filipino restaurants are in QUEENS ;-)
