Rob Schneider is part Filipino?

* In October 2017, in the wake of the Harry Weinstein scandal, Rob Schneider revealed that he too experienced an unwanted sexual advance in Hollywood; in his case, from a male director who has since died and whose identity he refrained from revealing.

The Real Rob Schneider

Hollywood comedian Rob Schneider is of dual heritage — his father is Jewish and his mother Pilar is half-Filipina. That makes him quarter-Filipino!

His mom had a cameo role in Deuce Bigalow at the restaurant where he goes on a date with Kate. She also played a judge in a cheerleading contest in The Hot Chick and a nosy neighbor in The Animal.

The Media Action Network for Asian Americans (MANAA) has criticized Schneider because in the dialogue he co-wrote for one of his movies, he supposedly “perpetuated the tired stereotype that Asian men have small penises.”

Rob Schneider was born in San Francisco on Halloween (October 31), 1963.
