The Tagalog word for 'adjective' is pang-uri.

Ito ang pinakamalinis.
This is the cleanest.

Siya ang pinakamalakas.
She/He is the strongest.
 
pinakamasarap
the most delicious

Pinakamasarap ito.
This is the most delicious. 
Ikaw ang pinaka-masipag.
You are the hardest working. 
 
Filipinos also use pinaka- with English adjectives. For example:


Ikaw ang pinaka-charming.
You are the most charming one. 


Ito ang pinaka-heavy.
= Ito ang pinaka-mabigat.  
This is the heaviest one.
